Surrounded by pristine nature, the Idila pod Nanosom GUESTHOUSE is located at the end of the village Laže, only 2 km from Nanos and 3 km from Senožeče. You will find the guesthouse in a valley with views of the Vremščica Hill on one side and the Nanos Plateau on the other. There are many natural and cultural sights nearby, including Škocjan Caves, Postojna Cave, the Lipica Stud Farm and Rodik Mythical Park.
It is here, in our little piece of heaven, that our family has achieved its dreams and made its home. For years, we travelled around in a campervan and dreamed that one day we could find our paradise somewhere in pristine nature. Finally we found our home in Laže and now we are happy to share it with you. We offer you carefree break from everyday stress in a peaceful location where you can literally "hear the silence".
We enjoy working with tourists
We live a peaceful and happy life. We grow fruit and vegetables, make delicious muffins, bake homemade bread, drink milk produced by our neighbour, offer home-grown eggs, honey, premium wine and olive oil, keep up to date with new developments in eco-supply, exchange experiences with others and develop programs for conscious and health-focused agritourism.
We truly enjoy working with the tourists who visit us. It's nice to meet different people and nationalities and we are proud that our guests feel comfortable during their stay. We can help plan and book all activities in the area. At almost 700 metres above sea level, guests can observe the peaceful and pleasant greenery in summer and enjoy the snowy wonderland in winter.
